Ukraine’s Defense Minister Oleksii Reznikov met with his German counterpart Christine Lambrecht.

That’s according to Reznikov’s tweet, seen by Ukrinform.

“I had a fruitful VTC meeting with my colleague German DefMin Christine Lambrecht. We discussed the provision of German armament to Ukraine that will strengthen our defence capabilities,” Minister Reznikov tweeted.

The defense chief thanked Ukraine’s German partners for "steadfast commitment" to support the embattled nation.

“We’re waiting for good news soon,” Reznikov concluded, stopping short of providing any details of new supplies.

As Ukrinform reported earlier, President Volodymyr Zelensky of Ukraine, speaking in a video address, said that Russia's terrorist actions can be stopped only with modern, high-precision and potent weapons.
