Kuleba conveys to Iranian counterpart Ukraine’s stance on military aid to Russia
That’s according to President Volodymyr Zelensky of Ukraine, who addressed the issue on Telegram, Ukrinform reports.
"We are looking into the details of each missile attack at the territory of our state. Terrorists will be held fully accountable for everything they do," Zelensky stressed.
As the president recalled, 23 people, including three children, were killed in Vinnytsia as a result of a Russian missile strike, which also left 197 injured. Another 11 people are still reported as missing.
In Mykolaiv, four missiles hit a local Pedagogical University, where two people were injured. Another four hits rocked the Admiral Makarov National Shipbuilding University.
"Russia is acting like a terrorist state, firing off at the civilian population. We will do everything to find and prosecute those who give criminal orders and those who perform them," Zelensky emphasized.
As Ukrinform reported earlier, on July 14, Russian troops attacked the center of Vinnytsia with three Kalibr missiles.
On the morning of July 15, more than 10 powerful explosions were reported in Mykolaiv, where Russian missiles targeted the city's two largest universities.
