Kharkiv region building up its defense capabilities every day

Oleh Syniehubov, head of the Kharkiv regional military administration, said this in a Telegram post, Ukrinform reports.

"Since February 24, we have been increasing the defense capabilities of the Kharkiv region every day. And we are not going to stop until we finally drive the enemy out of our land," he said.

According to him, this concerns not only fortifications, but also strengthening the personnel of defenders. Fighters constantly undergo additional tactical training not only in Ukraine, but also at foreign training bases. During the battles for the Kharkiv region, the Ukrainian Armed Forces use more types of weapons, including those captured from the enemy.

Earlier reports said that from February 24 to July 16, the Ukrainian Armed Forces eliminated about 38,140 Russian soldiers.
