As of July 18, some 1,028 settlements in Ukraine have been liberated from Russian invaders, and 2,621 remain occupied.
Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky said this in a video address at the end of the 145th day of the full-scale Russian-Ukrainian war, according to an Ukrinform correspondent.
"As of today, 1,028 settlements were liberated from the occupiers. Another 2,621 are still under the control of the invaders. And we must maintain information communication with all of them - with all where there are people. As much as possible," he said.
On February 24, 2022, Russia launched an all-out invasion of Ukraine, continuing the military aggression that has been ongoing since 2014.
