Ukrainian artillerymen have destroyed Russia’s self-propelled howitzer Msta-S.
The relevant statement was made by the 43rd Separate Artillery Brigade named after Hetman Taras Triasylo on Facebook, an Ukrinform correspondent reports.
“Russia’s self-propelled howitzer 2S19M1 Msta-S. Used to be until yesterday. Now it’s gone,” the report states.
According to the brigade, the Ukrainian military used the Pion self-propelled artillery to destroy Russia’s military equipment and save the lives of Ukrainian infantry in trenches, which were under enemy fire.
A reminder that, between February 24, 2022 and July 19, 2022, Russia’s total combat losses in Ukraine reached about 38,550 troops.
