Fragments of Russian missile found in forest in Vyshgorod district

Police officers have found fragments of a Russian missile in a forest in the Vyshgorod district, Kyiv region.

According to Ukrinform, Andrii Niebytov, chief of the Kyiv regional police, said this in a Telegram post.

"Fragments of another rocket of the occupiers were found in the Vyshgorod district. The police discovered a crater several meters deep in a forest. It's good that there were no victims," Niebytov said.

He again called on citizens to stay in shelters during air raid alerts.

Early on July 28, Russian forces fired five missiles at the Vyshgorod district, Kyiv region. Two more missiles were shot down by Ukrainian air defense forces. According to the police, 15 people were injured by missile strikes.
