Russia lost about 41,170 soldiers in Ukraine war – General Staff

The Armed Forces of Ukraine killed about 41,170 Russian soldiers between February 24 and August 2, including 140 in the past day alone.
The General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine said this in its latest update posted on Facebook, according to Ukrinform.
Ukrainian defenders also destroyed 1,768 (+0) tanks, 4,014 (+3) armored fighting vehicles, 936 (+4) artillery systems, 259 (+0) multiple launch rocket systems, 117 (+0) anti-aircraft warfare systems, 223 (+0) warplanes, 191 (+1) helicopters, 793 (+3) operational and tactical level UAVs, 174 (+0) cruise missiles, 15 (+0) warships/cutters, 2,914 (+2) other vehicles and tanker trucks, and 82 (+0) pieces of special equipment.

The enemy suffered the greatest losses in the past day in the Bakhmut and Kryvyi Rih directions, the General Staff said.
