
Sumy region came under enemy fire this morning
Dmytro Zhyvytskyi, the head of the Sumy Regional Military Administration, said in a Telegram post, Ukrinform reports.
"From five in the morning, the Russians began shelling the Shalyhyne community, there were 12 mortar attacks. There were other 10 artillery attacks from six in the morning," he said.

According to Zhyvytskyi, the Krasnopillia community came under mortar fire at 06:00. It was struck eight times.
“The Novoslobidske community: the Russians opened fire on two villages of the community at about six in the morning. Six missile hit private houses of civilians, streets, towns. Fires broke out. According to preliminary information, there were no casualties," he said.
As reported, yesterday the Russian forces shelled three communities in Sumy region – Yunakivka, Myropillia and Krasnopillia. The shelling caused damages to a residential sector.
