Novhorod-Siverskyi community in Chernihiv region subjected to massive enemy shelling

On the morning of Monday, August 15, the Russian army launched a massive shelling of the Novhorod-Siverskyi community in Chernihiv region, which is bordering Russia.
The head of Chernihiv Regional Military Administration, Vyacheslav Chaus, broke the news on his Telegram channel, Ukrinform reports.
"Since 8:00, there have been more than 70 explosions (likely caused by enemy artillery) on the outskirts of the village of Kamyanska Sloboda. Civilian buildings have been damaged. After 9:00, the territory near the village of Pushkari was shelled. Almost 60 explosions. Also likely, barrel artillery. So far, no casualties," wrote the head of Chernihiv RMA.
In the period from February to March, Chernihiv region was the scene of fierce battles. In April, the Armed Forces of Ukraine liberated the region from the Russian invaders.
