Explosions heard in Mykolaiv

At 21:55, an air alert was declared in Mykolaiv city and the region. After that, explosions were heard. The local authorities have not yet commented on this situation.
As reported, one person was killed and two others were injured in Russian shelling of Mykolaiv city on the afternoon of August 18.
