European Peace Facility mobilizes EUR 2.5B to deliver military equipment to Ukraine

The French Foreign Ministry said this on Twitter, Ukrinform reports.

"Through the European Peace Facility, France and its partners from the European Union have also mobilized EUR 2.5 billion to finance the delivery of military equipment," the tweet reads.

The ministry added that France supports Ukraine, which has been subjected to aggression and defends its population and its sovereignty. The issue concerns the delivery of heavy equipment (such as Caesar guns and armored vehicles), supply of weapons and ammunition, and the training of Ukrainian specialists who maintain the transferred equipment.
