In Ukraine’s south, Air Force carries out 11 strikes on enemy positions

Operational Command South reported this on Facebook, according to Ukrinform.

"The situation in the operational zone of the South Buh direction is stably complicated, but controlled. The enemy continues to wage hostilities along the occupied defense line. Throughout the day, the Russians tried to improve their tactical position by carrying out assault operations toward Blahodatne - Partyzanske with two amphibious assault detachments, supported by tanks, armored vehicles, and artillery. In the evening, a platoon-strong force from Oleksandrivka tried to advance in the direction of Tavriyske. They saw no success, being forced to retreat," the statement reads.

It is noted that the enemy, limited in movement by land, used the usual tactics of air strikes on Ukraine’s positions along the contact line. Ukrainian defenders sustained no losses over the past day, the report adds.

The invaders fired at Marhanets with heavy 152 mm artillery, while using Grad MLR systems to attack the Myrivska community of the Nikopol district where a number of civilians were wounded, a social infrastructure facility was destroyed, and five households were damaged.

Ukraine’s Air Force 11 times struck the enemy positions in the areas of Oleksandrivka, Blahodatne, Velykopillya, Novopetrivka, Kostromka, Bilohirka, and Bruskinske.

Also, as a result of the attacks by Ukrainian rocket and artillery units, the enemy lost 17 soldiers, a radar reconnaissance and fire control complex Zoopark 1, four trucks and armored vehicles.

"An enemy fleet group of 12 ships and boats is maneuvering along the Crimean coast, seeking cover from possible damage. Also, they keep combat-ready two surface missile carriers, equipped with 16 missiles, and two large landing craft," added the Command.
