Enemy shells Kharkiv's Shevchenkivsky district

Russian troops shelled the Shevchenkivsky district of Kharkiv on the evening of Tuesday, August 23.
Kharkiv Mayor Ihor Terekhov said this in a Telegram post, Ukrinform reports.
"Now and in the evening, the Shevchenkivsky district came under shelling. According to preliminary data, there are no casualties," the mayor wrote.
In the morning, the invaders launched rocket strikes on Kharkiv and the Chuhuiv district.
