Russian troops shelled the Shevchenkivsky district of Kharkiv on the evening of Tuesday, August 23.
Kharkiv Mayor Ihor Terekhov said this in a Telegram post, Ukrinform reports.
"Now and in the evening, the Shevchenkivsky district came under shelling. According to preliminary data, there are no casualties," the mayor wrote.
