Russia cynically shelling town near Zaporizhia NPP to intimidate locals

Russia has been systemically shelling Enehodar, a town home to most Zaporizhia NPP staff, to intimidate the local population and conceal own “nuclear” crimes.
That’s according to Mykhailo Podolyak, an advisor to the head of the Ukrainian President’s Office.
“Cynical and systematic shelling of Energodar occupied by RF – specially organized bloody show, the purpose of which is to intimidate local civilians, blaming the Ukrainian Armed Forces and mask their ‘nuclear’ crimes,” Podolyak tweeted.
The official added that “barbarians do not mind killing” for the sake of creating a favorable propaganda picture.
As Ukrinform reported earlier, overnight Monday, Russian troops opened fire on residential neighborhoods in Enerhodar, injuring at least 10 civilians.
