Zelensky dismisses Starobilsk administration head in Luhansk region

President Volodymyr Zelensky has dismissed Vitaliy Kononov as head of the Starobilsk district state administration of Luhansk region.
The corresponding decree, No. 152/2022-rp, was published on the president’s website, Ukrinform reports.
“To dismiss Vitaliy Kononov from the position of head of the Starobilsk district state administration of Luhansk region in line with the application submitted by him," the document reads.
