Kharkiv comes under artillery fire again, apartment building catches fire

Russian troops have shelled Kharkiv using artillery for the second time in a day, with the city's Kyivsky district being under attack.
Kharkiv Mayor Ihor Terekhov said this on the Telegram messaging app, Ukrinform reports.
According to him, enemy shelling caused a fire in an apartment building.
"Artillery shelling of the Kyivsky district. Several strikes. A fire in a high-rise building," Terekhov wrote.
Earlier reports said that four people had been killed and 11 others injured after Russian forces shelled the Shevchenkivsky district of Kharkiv at around 10:00 on August 30. According to the city administration, a kindergarten and residential buildings were damaged. According to the regional prosecutor's office, Russian troops used Pion guns with a range of up to 47 km.
