Russian troops launched 16 strikes in Donbas, killing and injuring civilians.

The press service of the National Police said this in a Telegram post, Ukrinform reports.

"The occupying forces shelled the cities of Avdiivka, Kurakhove, Sloviansk, Kramatorsk, Krasnohorivka, Vuhledar, the urban-type settlement of Bylbasivka, the villages of Ivanivske, Bohoiavlenka," the report reads.

It is noted that the Russian army used missiles, Grad and Uragan MLSR, artillery.

In total, 16 attacks were recorded, as a result of which civilians were killed and injured.

In addition, 14 civilian facilities were destroyed or damaged - nine residential buildings, administrative buildings and private enterprises, a utility company.

The police and the Security Service of Ukraine opened criminal proceedings under Article 438 (violation of the laws and customs of war) of the Criminal Code of Ukraine.

The National Police informed that 315 more people were evacuated with the assistance of the police. Since the start of mandatory evacuation, more than 13,000 people have been evacuated, of whom - 2,237 children and 586 people with disabilities.

As reported by Ukrinform, the National Police records the consequences of Russian shelling in the Nikopol and Kryvyi Rih districts.
