Petro Andriushchenko, an adviser to the Mariupol mayor, shared a video that shows the true state of the city, which differs much from the pictures of "restoration" spread by Russian propaganda.
“Russians got us with their pictures. We decided to show how it really is. For now. We see. Ukraine sees. The world sees. The truth about Mariupol," Andriushchenko wrote on Telegram.
The video depicts houses destroyed by Russian shelling that no one is repairing, places where people live marked with blankets, as well as a half-destroyed school building with broken windows and classrooms littered with debris.
Mariupol city experiences one of the biggest humanitarian catastrophes caused by Russia's aggression. The city was almost completely destroyed by enemy shelling.
