Russians launch missile strike on Dnipro city center

The Russian military fired a missile at the center of Dnipro city.
"They [Russians] decided to ‘congratulate’ us on the City Day and hit Dnipro center with a missile. It is again unclear what their target and purpose were. It’s just terror and intimidation," Dnipro Mayor Borys Filatov posted on Telegram.
According to preliminary information, people were injured. The scale of the destruction is being clarified.
