Russian missiles hit infrastructure in Kirovohrad region

A Russian missile strike was confirmed on the territory of the Petrivska community.

This was announced by the head of Kirovohrad Regional Military Administration, Andriy Raikovych, who broke the news on Telegram, Ukrinform reports.

"An enemy missile strike was recorded on the territory of the Petrivska community. The aggressor is trying to barbarically destroy infrastructure facilities," Raikovych said.

According to the official, one of the incoming missiles was shot down by Ukraine’s air defense unit.

As Ukrinform reported earlier, on Thursday the enemy once again launched a missile attack on Kryvyi Rih, Dnipropetrovsk region.

On the evening of September 14, the Russian air force attacked hydrotechnical facilities in Kryvyi Rih, employing Kinzhal and Iskander cruise missiles. As a result of the damage inflicted by the strikes, the water level in the Inhulets River rose by one to two meters.
