Ukrainian forces launch over 330 strikes on enemy positions on southern front
That's according to Ukraine's Operational Command South, Ukrinform reports.
"Ukrainian aircraft carried out nine strikes, and rocket and artillery units carried out more than 330 fire missions targeting areas of concentration of [enemy] manpower, weapons and equipment, ammunition warehouses in the Beryslav district, the Kakhovka bridge, five pontoon crossings near Darivka, Sadove, and Nova Kakhovka," the report said.
According to the command, the enemy lost 71 soldiers, 27 pieces of weapons and equipment, including five tanks, 14 other armored vehicles, a Grad MLRS, a Nona-S self-propelled artillery and mortar system, a Gvozdika self-propelled artillery piece, a Shilka anti-aircraft system, two Msta-B howitzers, and two 120mm mortars.
On September 15, the enemy launched three airstrikes on the positions of Ukraine's Armed Forces and four rocket strikes on peaceful settlements.
A Russian Su-30 aircraft fired two Kh-31A cruise missiles from the Black Sea at the port infrastructure of Ochakiv. No casualties were recorded.
In the afternoon, the enemy attacked an industrial enterprise in the Kryvyi Rih district using an Iskander cruise missile. A few hours later, the enemy launched two strikes on critical infrastructure in the Kryvyi Rih district to provoke an emergency situation.
Kh-22 and Kinzhal missiles hit hydraulic structures. The coordinated work of the relevant agencies and services ensured the rapid elimination of the consequences of the attack. There were no casualties.
