Russian troops struck the center of Kramatorsk, Donetsk region, overnight.
That's according to Ukraine's Freedom TV channel, Ukrinform reports.
A hotel was damaged by shelling, the report said.
According to preliminary information, no casualties were recorded at the scene of the explosion.
