Russian troops have killed five civilians and injured 18 in Ukraine in the past 24 hours.
According to Ukrinform, Deputy Head of the Office of the President of Ukraine Kyrylo Tymoshenko said this on Telegram.
"Consequences of Russia's armed aggression. Civilian casualties: five people killed, 18 injured," he said.
According to Tymoshenko, all five of the dead are residents of the Donetsk region. The Russians also injured ten people in the region.
Two people were injured in enemy shelling in the Zaporizhia region and six were injured in the Kharkiv region.
On September 26, Russian troops killed 11 civilians in Ukraine and injured 25.
