To date, the Armed Forces of Ukraine have liberated more than 400 square kilometers of territories in Kherson region and are advancing farther.
That’s according to Natalia Humeniuk, chief of the joint coordination press center of Ukraine’s Operational Command South, who spoke at a Kyiv briefing on Thursday, Ukrinform reports.
"Our successes are quite convincing. We do not name the directions, but more than 400 square kilometers of Kherson region have already been liberated from the occupiers. And we are moving forward," Humeniuk noted.
As Ukrinform reported earlier, as of October 5, the National Flag of Ukraine has been once again raised in eight settlements of the Berislav district in Kherson region.
