According to Ukrinform, the ministry said this on its Twitter account.

Earlier reports said that traffic on the Crimean Bridge stopped completely and long queues formed at petrol stations on the peninsula. There are also reports of ship congestion in the Black and Azov Seas.
On Saturday, October 8, at around 06:00, an explosion and a fire were recorded on the Crimean Bridge, which connects Russia and occupied Crimea. A video posted on social media shows a train on the Kerch rail bridge ablaze, with the adjacent road bridge appearing to have sustained damage.
