Russians open fire on Chernihiv region’s border areas with artillery, MLRS

Russian troops have opened fire on the Chernihiv region’s border areas from the territory of Russia with artillery and multiple launch rocket systems (MLRS).
The relevant statement was made by the North Operational Command on Facebook, an Ukrinform correspondent reports.
“Russian troops continue to open fire on the Chernihiv region’s border areas from the territory of Russia. Between 01:10 p.m. and 02:10 p.m., observer forces reported 13 strikes, presumably launched with cannon artillery, and 18 more strikes, presumably launched with MLRS, near such settlements as Hasychivka and Moshchenka,” the report states.
According to the North Operational Command, the military equipment and personnel remained unharmed. No casualties among civilians or damage caused to civil infrastructure were reported.
