Russian missile explodes close to Romanian embassy in Kyiv

During the latest Russian missile strike on the Ukrainian capital on Monday, October 10, one of the missiles landed 850 meters from the Romanian embassy.

That’s according to the Romanian Foreign Minister, Bogdan Aurescu, who broke the news on Twitter, according to Ukrinform.

"Glad that the personnel of Romanian Embassy is safe, even if one strike hit only 850m away of its HQ," he said.

He also strongly condemned the Russian missile attacks on civilian objects in the center of Kyiv and other Ukrainian cities, decrying it as a “blatant violation of international humanitarian law, resulting in loss of human lives.”

As reported, on October 10, Russian invaders launched a massive missile attack on Ukraine. The State Emergency Service has confirmed eight dead and 36 injured.
