First group of Ukrainian soldiers to undergo rehabilitation in Netherlands in November
Minister of Defense of the Netherlands Kajsa Ollongren said this in an interview with ArmyInform, Ukrinform reports.
"We are lucky in the Netherlands and indeed in Western Europe that we have not experienced the kind of war that we are seeing in Ukraine today," said Ollongren.
At the same time, she noted that every war provides lessons worth learning. The experience of the Armed Forces of Ukraine in the fight against the Russian forces is useful for the Netherlands Army.
According to her, at the beginning of November, the first group of Ukrainian soldiers will go to the Netherlands for rehabilitation.
Next year, the Netherlands will also provide aid to wounded Ukrainian soldiers.
As Ukrinform reported, the Netherlands joined the INTERFLEX initiative to train Ukrainian military personnel in the United Kingdom.
