Casualties reported as enemy hits critical infrastructure in Sumy region

The Russian troops launched a missile attack on critical infrastructure facilities in Sumy region this morning.
"Romny district. A missile attack was launched on critical infrastructure facilities after 05:00. Casualties have been reported. Details will be announced later,” Dmytro Zhyvytskyy, Head of the Sumy Regional Military Administration, posted on Telegram.
As reported, the Russian invaders attacked Sumy region with rockets, Grad MLRS, and mortars on October 16.
