Russian military death toll in Ukraine climbs to 65,320

The Armed Forces of Ukraine killed about 65,320 Russian soldiers between February 24 and October 17, including 320 in the past day alone.
The General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine said this in a Facebook post, according to Ukrinform.
Over the period, Ukrainian defenders also destroyed 2,537 Russian tanks (including eight tanks on October 16), 5,205 (+12) armored fighting vehicles, 1,599 (+10) artillery systems, 366 (+1) multiple rocket launchers, 187 (+1) air defense systems, 268 (+0) warplanes, 242 (+0) helicopters, 1,241 (+17) operational and tactical-level unmanned aerial vehicles, 316 (+0) cruise missiles, 16 (+0) warships/cutters, 3,969 (+10) trucks and tankers, and 144 (+1) pieces of specialized equipment.
The enemy suffered the greatest losses in the past 24 hours in the Bakhmut and Avdiivka directions, the General Staff said.
