Death toll in drone attacks on Kyiv rises to five

The body of the fifth victim - an elderly woman - was retrieved from under the rubble of a residential building in downtown Kyiv, which was hit by Russia’s kamikaze drone yesterday.
This was reported by Kyiv Mayor Vitaliy Klitschko on Telegram, according to Ukrinform.
"The body of another dead resident - an elderly woman - was retrieved from under the rubble of a building in the center of the capital, which was struck by Russia’s kamikaze drone yesterday morning," Klitschko said.
He emphasized that this is the fifth victim of Russia's barbaric attack on the capital that took place on October 17.
The mayor also added that search and rescue operations are ongoing. Debris removal works continue.
As reported, on Monday morning, Russia attacked Kyiv city with 28 drones. Five drone strikes were recorded. In particular, a residential building in Kyiv’s Shevchenkivskyi district was hit.
