Fourteen Shahed-136 drones shot down in Mykolaiv region last night

On the night of October 20, 2022, the Ukrainian military shot down 14 Iranian-manufactured Shahed-136 suicide drones in the Mykolaiv region.
The relevant statement was made by the Air Force Command of the Armed Forces of Ukraine on Telegram, an Ukrinform correspondent reports.
Nine drones were shot down by the anti-aircraft defense units of the Air Force’s South Air Command.
In addition, two drones were destroyed by the Naval Forces of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, two – by the National Guard of Ukraine and one – by the National Police of Ukraine.
A reminder that, on October 19, 2022, three people were injured in Russia’s suicide drone attack on the city of Chernihiv. Two of them are in critical condition.
