Nine houses damaged by missile strike in Rivne
Rivne Mayor Oleksandr Tretiak said this in a statement on Telegram, Ukrinform reports.
"Fortunately, there are no casualties. The city is gradually coming back to life," he said.
According to Tretiak, 16 units of specialized equipment of the regional garrison of the State Emergency Service and almost 100 rescue personnel were involved in eliminating the consequences of the missile attack.
Meanwhile, the head of the Rivne regional military administration, Vitaliy Koval, said that nine buildings had been damaged in the Russian attack. These are residential, commercial and administrative buildings. Restoration of roofs and windows is ongoing.
Early on October 22, Russian troops launched a massive missile attack on Ukraine, targeting critical infrastructure in various regions.
