Russian forces shell civilian car in Kherson region, killing two
Oleshky Mayor Yevhen Ryshchuk said this on Facebook, Ukrinform reports.
"Yesterday, in the Oleshky territorial community, soulless people shot a car with residents of Oleshky (they did not stop at the demand of the occupiers). Shrapnel wounds. Two dead: one died on the spot, whereas another died in surgery. A five-year-old girl with a finger amputation is alive," the post reads.
Earlier reports said that National Police investigators had documented 156 war crimes in the territories of the Kherson region liberated from Russian invaders, most of them under Article 438 of the Criminal Code (violation of the laws and customs of war). They found nine bodies of dead civilians and sites where the Russians illegally detained Ukrainian citizens.
