Russian troops killed three civilians in the Donetsk region on October 28.
Pavlo Kyrylenko, the head of the Donetsk regional military administration, said this in a post on the messaging app Telegram, Ukrinform reports.
"On October 28, the Russians killed three civilians in the Donetsk region: two in Kurdiumivka and one in Pivnichne. Eight people were wounded yesterday," he wrote.

According to him, it is currently impossible to establish the exact number of casualties in Mariupol and Volnovakha.
