Russian troops killed three civilians and injured 14 more in Ukraine over the past day, October 28.
As Deputy Head of the President’s Office Kyrylo Tymoshenko posted on Telegram, one person was injured in Dnipropetrovsk region. In Donetsk region, three people were killed, eight more were injured.
Two civilians were injured in Zaporizhzhia region, and three civilians more – in Kharkiv region.
As reported, the Office of the UN High Commissioner for Human Rights confirmed in September the data on 14,844 killed and injured civilians in Russia’s war against Ukraine.
