School in Kherson region destroyed with Russian missile direct hit
As Yaroslav Yanushevych, Head of the Kherson Regional Military Administration, posted on Facebook, 360 students attended the local school before Russia’s full-scale invasion and the occupation of Osokorivka village.
Under the "New Ukrainian School" program, the educational institution received new equipment, laptops, projectors, printers, and furniture.
"Now, the laughter of children is not heard here, nobody studies at school. Due to a Russian missile direct hit, not a single class survived, the ceiling collapsed, windows and doors were broken. The educational institution was destroyed by 70%," Yanushevych wrote, noting that everything destroyed by the invaders will be rebuilt.
As reported, the Russians destroyed an educational institution that housed a school and a kindergarten in Nova Kaluha of Velyka Oleksandrivka community, Kherson region.
