Enemy hits critical infrastructure facilities in Kyiv region, injuring two

The Russian army hit critical infrastructure facilities in Kyiv region.

"Monday began with enemy terrorist attacks. Critical infrastructure facilities were hit. Part of Kyiv region has been blacked out. Some settlements may lack water supply. Unfortunately, two people were injured. One of them has been hospitalized in serious condition. The information is being clarified," Oleksiy Kuleba, Head of the Kyiv Regional Military Administration, posted on Telegram.

He also noted that private buildings were damaged. All relevant services are involved in eliminating the consequences of the attack.

As reported, on the morning of October 31, the air defense system was activated in Kyiv region.

Later, it became known that one community in Kyiv region was hit with missile.
