Russian troops hit Kramatorsk with 14 rockets.
"Fourteen rockets hit the Kramatorsk industry overnight. No casualties. Russia is a terrorist state," Oleksandr Honcharenko, Head of the Kramatorsk Town Military Administration, posted on Facebook.
As reported, the Russian military killed three civilians and injured three more in Donetsk region over the past day, October 31.
