Ukrainian Armed Forces capable of retaking Kherson from Russia – Austin

The United States has no doubt that Ukrainian forces have enough strength and means to regain control over the territories on the right bank of the Dnipro River, including in the city of Kherson.
U.S. Defense Secretary Lloyd Austin said this at a press conference on Thursday, November 3, according to an Ukrinform correspondent.
"On the issue of whether the Ukrainians can take the remaining territory [under Russian control] on the west side of the Dnipro River and in Kherson, I certainly believe that they have the capability to do that," he said.
However, most importantly, according to him, the Ukrainians believe they have the capability to do that.
"We have seen them engage in a very methodical but effective effort to take back their sovereign territory. I think you'll see them continue to press until they secure their territory on the west side of the river," Austin said.
