The Main Intelligence Directorate of Ukraine's Ministry of Defense is only aware of the conclusion of contracts between Russia and Iran for the supply of ballistic missiles, but there is no evidence so far that these missiles have already been delivered.

Andrii Yusov, a representative of the Main Intelligence Directorate, said this on Ukraine's television, commenting on reports that Iran has allegedly already transferred a thousand ballistic missiles to Russia, Ukrinform reports, citing the agency's press service.

According to Yusov, "there is confirmation of concluded contracts and receipt of all necessary arrangements and approvals." "There is confirmation that a batch of more than a thousand pieces can [be delivered], it's not only missiles, there are various weapons," he said.

"Now we are talking about the nearest batch - these are drones after all, these are 200 drones that are already on their way to Russia. This is verified information," he said.

The U.S. State Department earlier said the U.S. would use all tools to prevent Iran from supplying weapons to Russia.
