Russians fire 70 shells and mines at four communities of Sumy region

"Today, four border communities – Bilopillia, Znob-Novhorodske, Myropilske, and Khotin – came under enemy fire. During the day, the Russians fired 70 shells and mines at them," Dmytro Zhyvytskyy, Head of the Sumy Regional Military Administration, posted on Telegram.

Myropilske community was shelled from Russian territory with mortars. Nine explosions were recorded. There was no destruction.

Khotin community was struck with mortars and self-propelled guns. A total of 15 explosions were recorded.

For almost an hour, the enemy was firing self-propelled guns at Bilopillia community. At least three residential buildings and four commercial premises were damaged. Fortunately, there were no casualties.

The Russians hit another village of the community with mortars.

In Znob-Novhorodske community, two villages came under Russian grenade and small arms shelling.
