Ukrainians not hurt in Istanbul explosion – Foreign Ministry

Ukrainian citizens were not killed or injured in yesterday's explosion in the center of Istanbul.

Ukrainian Foreign Ministry spokesperson Oleg Nikolenko said this on Twitter, Ukrinform reports.

"According to the Turkish side, there are no Ukrainians among the victims of the explosion in Istanbul," Nikolenko said.

An explosion occurred in the center of Istanbul at 16:20 local time (15:20 Kyiv time) on November 13, killing six people and injuring 81 others. As of Monday morning, 31 victims remained in hospitals. Five people are in intensive care, two of them are in serious condition.
