At least five residential houses have been damaged in Russia’s shelling of the Sumy region’s Yunakivka community.
The relevant statement was made by Sumy Regional Military Administration Head Dmytro Zhyvytskyi on Telegram, an Ukrinform correspondent reports.
“The Yunakivka community has come under enemy fire today. Russians struck the border areas with self-propelled artillery. Ten projectiles exploded close to civilian homes. At least five houses were damaged: roofs, windows and fences were broken. Shell fragments also caused damage to household buildings,” Zhyvytskyi wrote.
In his words, no casualties among civilians were reported.
A reminder that, on November 14, 2022, Russian troops struck an enterprise in the Sumy region. Nineteen explosions were recorded, and three workers were reported injured.
