Two civilians seriously injured in Russia’s shelling of Kharkiv region

On November 19, 2022, two civilians were seriously injured in Russia’s shelling of the Kharkiv region’s Kupiansk district.
The relevant statement was made by Kharkiv Regional Military Administration Head Oleh Syniehubov on Telegram, an Ukrinform correspondent reports.
“Over the past day, two persons have been taken to hospital due to the shelling of the Kupiansk district: a woman, 54, and a man, 60. Both of them received explosive and shrapnel injuries. Patients are in critical condition,” the report states.
According to Syniehubov, over the past day, Russians have launched artillery strikes on such districts as Kupiansk, Chuhuiv and Izium.
In Kupiansk, a silo was hit and caught fire. No casualties were reported. Detached houses and household buildings were damaged.
Additionally, expert teams neutralized 269 explosive items.
