That’s according to Petro Andriushchenko, an advisor to the Mariupol mayor, Ukrinform reports referring to a video the official posted on Telegram.
"The movement of military convoys in the direction of Rozivka, Zaporizhia region, doesn’t stop. A convoy of 25 tanks, 15 KamAZs carrying ammunition, and three armored personnel carriers left the village of Yalta via Mangush-Nikolske, accompanied by a warplane. That is, the transfer of troops that arrived from Kherson has begun toward Zaporizhia," Andriushchenko wrote.
More than 100 units of military hardware passed through Mariupol or moved from the city itself.
"The great redeployment of the occupation troops without the railway and the Crimea bridge continues," the mayor's advisor stated.
As reported, Russia's aggression caused a massive humanitarian disaster in Mariupol. Almost 90% of the was destroyed as a result of enemy shelling. Mariupol currently has no stable supply of electricity, water, or gas. Currently, more than 100,000 residents remain in the blocked area.
The Russian invaders announced collaborator Kostiantyn Ivashchenko as Mariupol "mayor" and are working to create a picture for the outside public of the "revival of the city life". In fact, Mariupol has turned into a military-logistics hub for the Russian army.
