Russian forces shell Dnipro

The Russian army has launched a strike on the city of Dnipro.
Dnipro Mayor Borys Filatov said this in a post on the messaging app Telegram, Ukrinform reports.
"According to preliminary data, city communications and infrastructure were not damaged after a hit. Several transformer substations were automatically shut down," he wrote.
The military administration is due to provide the details of the shelling and information about casualties in the near future.
