Russian forces last night shelled the outskirts of a border village in the Seredyna-Buda community in the Sumy region with self-propelled artillery.
Dmytro Zhyvytskyi, the head of the regional military administration, said this in a statement on Telegram, Ukrinform reports.
"After 23:00, the Russian military shelled the outskirts of a border village in the Seredyna-Buda community with self-propelled artillery," Zhyvytskyi wrote.

According to him, there were 13 hits, with no casualties recorded.
Early on November 27, the invaders launched a missile attack on Kryvyi Rih, with two missiles hitting a piece of transport infrastructure.
