Podolyak says Russian strikes on energy infrastructure not affecting situation on front line

Russian strikes on Ukraine's energy infrastructure do not affect the situation on the front lines.
Mykhailo Podolyak, an adviser to the head of Ukraine's presidential office, said this on Twitter, Ukrinform reports.
"Ru-attacks on energy facilities – not just about light. But about interrupted surgeries, canceled dialysis, switched off ventilators, ambulance that did not arrive. Does it affect frontline? No. Simply fascism of 21st century – civilian cities terror to the Z-propaganda applause," he wrote.
The Ukrainian General Staff reported on November 27 that the Russian army had already lost about 87,310 soldiers since Russia's invasion of Ukraine began in late February.
