Slovakia donates over 30 BMP-1 infantry fighting vehicles to Ukraine
Slovak Defense Minister Jaroslav Nad announced this on Twitter, Ukrinform reports.
"Glad to confirm that 30 Slovak BMP-1 infantry fighting vehicles were donated to Ukraine based on [ring exchange] agreement with Germany. Thanks [German Defense Minister] Christine Lambrecht for excellent cooperation," he wrote.

The BMP-1 is the first Soviet mass-produced tracked floating infantry fighting vehicle designed to transport personnel of motor rifle units to the battlefield.
